
Dr. Darlett Lucy-Gulley is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Grace Redemption Community Church (GRCC), where she leads with a focus on spiritual identity, biblical depth, and community restoration. She is the visionary behind the Graceland campus initiative, a developing ministry center designed to serve both spiritual and practical needs within the community.
Dr. Gulley holds numerous degrees, including a BA in Criminal Justice, a master’s in Biblical Studies and Public Administration, a Juris Doctor, and a PhD in Philosophy, with an emphasis in law and homeland security. She has earned advanced credits towards a degree in counseling.
Dr. Gulley’s work bridges ministry, scholarship, and worship. A seasoned legal professional with over 35 years of experience, including service on the bench and a specialization in family law, Dr. Gulley brings a unique perspective to her ministry work as a scholar in philosophy. By combining her advanced understanding of research methodologies and epistemologies with her heart as a songwriter, she integrates faith and behavioral research to encourage healing, growth, and Kingdom alignment. Her teaching consistently emphasizes understanding who we are and whose we are in Christ.
She is committed to advancing the Gospel with clarity, conviction, and compassion, equipping believers to live grounded, steadfast, and purpose-driven lives.
Dr. Gulley is the wife of Minister Renaurd Gulley and the daughter of Willie (deceased) and Alma Ezell.
